Step into Nonna’s kitchen…
Co-owners Joanna Laskey and Victoria Jackson
It all started 5 years ago when my first grandbaby was born. I had a flood of memories; memories of the aromas and warmth of my own mother’s kitchen.
In her kitchen, she nurtured her children then her grandchildren. It’s where we gathered for holidays and Sunday dinners. I can still smell the baking bread. There’s nothing like the taste of that first, hot loaf of bread dipped in olive oil.
Now, my daughter-in-law and I strive to pass on the joy and nurturing we felt in our family kitchens. Nonna’s Sweets brings together our different cultures into one family kitchen. Our recipes have moved through our loved ones to us, and now we share them with you.
Pass on the tradition of connecting through culture and food by sharing a tray of our family sweets in your family kitchen.
